Princesa from city of angels: Joy of teachin disable

Though I was informed last minute by vicky i decided to do it, to teach the blind/Visually impaired kids from SK Pendidikan Khas Cacat Penglihatan, Jalan Batu Jalan Raja Laut along with several other volunteers,as i love doing charity work for these less privelege kids.there were gonna be around 30 children & he ask me for volunteers as many,but everyone was busy wit work but definitely incl my darling NOREEN in it..

The kids came, helped them their shoes on, they were all taken on the wheel chair for a ride on ice then those that wanted to give it a shot had the chance of skating with the help of all those volunteered including me.. My favorite kid was Afiq age 4, he was such a darling & i looked after him. While waitin for his turn to go on the wheelchair ride, he looked up to me & started callin MAMA,MAMA.. i was just moved..

Another kid that i helped out & reallly touched my heart was Solan,age 8.. Solan was having soo much fun..if you read today's The Star- Metro section, you will see a big huge page of Noreen with Solan on the front cover of Metro & inside page3 me spinning Solan around..

We were on the ice with them for 2hrs & i really felt like it was soo fast as they all were havin soo much fun & it was soo nice to see all the kids having fun & appreciating the time they had on ice with us... i really love doing charity work for these kind of kids so you get to see the joy & smile on their faces that i know is very rare seen on the normal students i teach..

Its reallly a touching, memorable experience for me & the rest...
