anyway,was on my way back yesterday @ Pyramid parking around 5.20pm,when this black perdana in front of me was indecisive and could not decide to turn left or right for whatever reason when you can only turn left to find more parking..so i stop awhile while she decides, next thing i know her reverse light is on,& i horn & put my gear on reverse so she wont come & kiss my front, next thing i know *bump* yes she did reverse into me..aiyoooooooo...got down check the damage she did to my car, the bumper in front near the logo came out a bit in the centre,the paint on the left came off a lil..saw it wasn't that bad so was lil calm with the lady & her son.. haha but the funny part was her son who just finished sports or something guessing form 3 or 4 could tell me to forgot that this things happen & each settle on our own..wahh.wahh..though it was small & not as big as the "Scrapping" i did on the wall on the right side :P anyway she gave me her contact card & i gave her mine,was kinda shocked & lost & my tummy was aching all i wanted to do was go back & forgot to ask her IC no. & take her number plate.. her damage was not too bad i didn't even see,but saw her number plate fell off,she said she'll call tomoro & settle things & that we didnt have to make a police report.
Day After the mishap
i didnt get any quotation,so dad said if she doesnt pay for the whole damage just make police report..then morning itself she called,suddenly say wana make police report,(by right the person behind is normally in the wrong,so she wasn't willing to pay full..)so i told her no need to make police report small matter no need claim insurance & all the hassle & pay higher premium later. so told her it was estimated rm500 (i just put an amount i thought that would have been reasonable as i had no idea myself)then went to workshop the guy said it was rm250 change bumper,cement it,& paint (thought it was pretty good deal) hehe so she called told her it was rm500,she said ok she will pay rm200 i was like aiyo ok fine..noreen came pick me from Pyramid & went to BP petrol station in Subang to help me settle things with the lady.. so she prepared a "PErsonal Settlement LEtter"saying we wont take any charges against each other /no additional claim,/no police report made & that she paid me rm200..so guess will go fix it tomoro..yea hehe the part i hit the wall will also be covered...
Lucky both of us were calm enough so we could settle things in a nice way..no hassle no argument n all... so it's done.. the lady paid almost full of the damge she did,so i just need to add rm50 hehe which i dont mind to fix up what i did to the car that was worse damage then the accodent itself..hehe...
