Few weeks back did some accounts work for mom in the office & she gave me her thumbdrive (that was infected by a virus that she picked up from Sports Commisoner's office) & that was passed on to me... gRrrrrrrr.. with the help from zoyli i tried deleting it, but it popped back up (stubborn virus) it says on my IE * FAIRUZZ DTG MENYERANG* (haha which literally means Fairuz has come to come attack) i checked in every system32 folder for that idiot but he wasnt there.. i formatted my PC & just to realize it was in D: as well, so i had to format D: (inside there was like 32GB of files that i managed to only save 8GB in two DVD) now need to download back all music..
Now im back to virus FREE laptop, and hehe dad just said i could get a new laptop , so since i cant wait for the VAIO CR , decided to settle for the DELL 1420 Inspiron- & yes FLamingo Pink was the color, as the Purple Satin was under the other model...besides the co. is paying for it & they use my current laptop while i get the new one hehe...cnt wait til it arrives next mon, only setback is it has Vista & several ppl i know have lotsa complaints bout it...
Anyway this virus has done me good in the sense i now know how to format my laptop by MYSELF, figure out how to detect a virus..familiar with Everest, Kaspersky, CC cleaner hehe, total commander ..not bad.. thanks to Guru Zoyli hehe..
Now please virus dont attack me anymore!!
